Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Company name to be added for your use of the Mixbird app and website.

The service

Mixbird is a Mac and Windows app for DJ performance with your own music files. It has free and paid plans.

Your account

You are responsible for giving accurate information and protecting your password. Your license is personal; you may not share it beyond the number of devices in your plan.

Music and copyright

Mixbird does not provide music. You are responsible for the files you use and for any permissions needed to play them in public.

Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Paddle handles the sale; see sales terms and cancellation and refunds for payment conditions.

Unacceptable use

Circumventing the license system, copying and distributing the app, or harming the service is forbidden. We may close accounts in these cases.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from interruptions during live performance or from lost files.

Changes

If these terms change, we will let you know by email or in the app. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
