Your music and files
Your music files stay on your Mac. Analysis happens on your device. Audio, file paths and MIDI recordings are never sent to our servers. Backup is off by default; see below for what it sends if you turn it on.
Data we collect
- Account: email, name (optional), an irreversible hash of your password.
- Device: computer name, a random device ID, app version, last connection time. Used to verify your license and apply the device limit.
- Payment: your card details never reach us. Paddle takes payment as the seller; we store your subscription status and customer ID.
- Error reports: if the app hits an error, the error text, app version and operating system are sent. File paths and your username are removed, and no song information is sent.
- Backup and mix history (only if you turn on "Back up to my account"): song titles, artists, BPM and key of the songs you play, hot cues, lists, app settings and the set's date and length. You can delete single mixes or the whole backup from your account page. A tracklist becomes public only if you create a link for it.
- Support: the messages you send us.
- Server logs: IP addresses are processed temporarily for security.
