Service provider: Company name to be added, Company address to be added, destek@mixbird.app. Payments and sales are handled through Paddle as merchant of record. Buyer: the person who purchases through their account.

Subject

Mixbird Pro subscription: intangible digital content and a software service delivered electronically and immediately.

Price

The current price and billing period are shown in the pricing section. The final amount including taxes is shown at checkout.

Delivery

Pro features are added to your account once payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed immediately in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, provided you consent to performance. For our refund terms, see cancellation and refunds.

Disputes

You can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye.
